"Especialistas en derecho y religión coinciden en que la reforma al artículo 24 de la
Constitución no era necesaria, pues tratados internacionales ya garantizan el derecho de los individuos a ser agnósticos. Bernardo Barranco Villafán, director del Centro de Estudios Religiosos, consideró en entrevista que el proceso legislativo se hizo con “mucha premura”, y advirtió que el nuevo fraseo del artículo 24 es la primera “cuña” para que la Iglesia católica busque más libertades en el futuro..."

Furthermore what Benito Juarez and what many other people of study have tried to do to protect the full separation of church and state & have been unsuccessful , The APOSTLE OF GOD, DR.SAMUEL JOAQUÍN FLORES has DONE IT, because of him the MEXICAN CONSTITUTION NOW WAS ARTICLE 40 which clearly defines a separation of church and state and this law will be used in courts to appeal to injustices that the dominant church conjures! "
